ASHLEE DAVIS, MD
Dr. Ashlee Davis is an emergency physician born and raised in south Georgia. She graduated from Mercer University School of Medicine, then completed an emergency medicine residency at Prisma Health/USC in Greenville, SC. Following residency she traded the humid wilds of southern Appalachia for the snowy climes of western Massachusetts to pursue a wilderness medicine fellowship at Baystate Medical Center. She now resides in Athens, GA (Go Dawgs!) and practices with a democratic group at Piedmont Athens Regional. She currently volunteers with Stephens County Search and Rescue in Toccoa, GA. Her wilderness medicine interests include dive medicine, search and rescue, and all things that bite and sting. When she is not in the ER or nerding out about the finer aspects of wilderness toxicology you can find her hiking, paddling, diving, foraging, or fly fishing on a river somewhere.
